(ATTOCK – PR – May 29, 2015) Communist Party of Pakistan Chairman Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik bitterly and severely criticized the role of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and said that PEC has completely failed to eradicate corruption and commission in all the engineering based Government departments. Since the enactment of PEC Act, 1976 the Pakistan Engineering Council has not punished any of the Engineers of Mega Projects registered with PEC on the basis of corruption, nepotism and for taking commission on each and every bills of the Contractors.
