Dear Comrades,
On behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) and on my behalf, we warmly wish you every success at your 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) which would be convened in Hanoi on 20th of January, 2016.
We Pakistani communists first of all salute the Vietnamese greatest Communist revolutionary leader Ho Chi Minh, who was Prime Minister (1945–55) and President (1945–69) of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and to you and to all comrades present in this 12th National Congress of CPV.
Your 12th Congress is taking place at the time when our beloved country and its peoples are fighting physically against all the extreme religious fundamentalists and terrorists of the Taliban and ISIS with the help of our Armed Forces under its true and professional soldier leadership of the Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and our party fully hopes and is quite optimistic that in the coming few years, our country would get rid of these terrorist elements.
We express our heartfelt greetings to all of you and fully believe that the Vietnamese communists will continue and would evaluate 30 years of renewal and review the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Congress (2011-2015) and finalizing the guidelines, objectives and tasks for the next 5 years of 2016-2020 in its true Marxist perspective.
We are also confident that your congress would mark another important stage in the building of a stronger Communist Party of Vietnam and the strategy of a stronger more united world communist movement especially with the Communist Party of Pakistan. We hope and believe that the friendship between our two Parties will be further strengthened in the coming days.
