Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) Chairman Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik hails the decision of Special Court headed by Mr. Justice Faisal Arab which rejected AFIC Medical Report. The Court also not allowed the opinion of AFIC Medical Report headed by General Doctors for his angiography to America.
The Court taking lenient view, however, ordered for his bailable warrant of arrest of Rs.25,00,000/- and ordered General Pervaz Musharraf to appear personally before the Special Tribunal on 7th of February, 2014.
