CPP files CMA in SC for arrest of Musharraf in High Treason case.
(ATTOCK CANTT – November 12, 2013) Chairman Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik today filed a Civil Misc. Application (CMA) in Supreme Court (SC) and prayed the Apex Court for immediate arrest of General Pervaz Musharraf on charge of High Treason and also for constituting of an Implementation Bench in Musharraf case as was done in NRO case so that “justice should not only be done, but should be seen to be done.” This CMA, a copy of which is available on the party website www.cpp.net.pk is moved in the petition of CPP filed in September 2009…
