(ISLAMABAD – February 6, 2013)     Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) through its Central Chairman, Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik today challenged the agreement between Qadri and Government in Supreme Court (SC) under the Articles 17, 178 and 184(3) of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 read with the section 5 of the Political Parties Order, 2002.
