CPP files petition in Supreme Court against Qadri’s long march.
(ISLAMABAD – January 09, 2013) Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) through its Central Chairman, Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik today moved the Supreme Court against Qadri’s long march under Articles 184(3) and 17 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 read with section 1 of Societies Registration Act, 1860.
